Site plans are very helpful in showing your customer the layout of your development. It can also show the potential homeowner what houses are available (and which ones have sold) and where in the development they might like to buy, As you can see in the samples above, site maps can come in MANY styles.Site plans, like floor plans, are created in “Vector Format” which allows resizing (up or down) without any distortions. Again, making them ideal of websites, brochures or an extra-large board set up in your sales center!
What Exactly Do We Need?
The site plan from the architect - or landscape architect - is obviously needed. You’ll need to choose a style - or if you have a style that you’ve used previously we can replicate that. Also, if you have a style that you’ve seen before, describe it to us and we’ll do our best. We’ll have several questions before beginning so we don’t have to guess at certain features and you won’t have to pull your hair out trying to guess at what we’ll need.
What Will You Receive?
Initially we will send you a proof of the render via email. You would use this to make sure the basic layout looks correct and colors are right. At this point if there are any changes, we will make them and send you another proof via email. Once approved, we’ll upload it to a webpage specifically created for you where you can immediately download it. You can also provide the link to your printer where they can download it at any time.
What Is Your Turnarond Time For Site Plans?
Turnaround time will depend upon the number of units on your site as well as the complexity of design. Obviously a site with ten properties will take much less time than one with 100 properties. Once we have the site from your architect and you’ve chosen a style, we can provide you with an estimate on how long it will take.
